Can you match the Pantone and brand colour?
Yes! Heat transfer labels are printed using the CMYK color system, which allows us to reproduce accurate colors.
Color matching process:
1. Provide your Pantone color code
2. We convert to CMYK equivalent
3. We print a test sample and send photos for approval
4. Before production, we print a test sample to ensure color accuracy

What is your return or refund policy?
Returns are not accepted because all products are custom made to your specifications.
However, If there is a production defect or quality issue, we will review and resolve it. Please report any issue within 10 days of receiving your order and provide photos or videos for evaluation. We stand behind the quality of our work and will make it right if there’s a problem!
Do you quality check products before shipping?
Absolutely, every single item that leaves our facility goes through a thorough quality check carried out by our trained production team before it is packed and shipped. We inspect each piece individually for print accuracy, colour consistency, stitching quality, finish and overall presentation to ensure it matches your approved mockup exactly.
We also include extra pieces in every order as a standard practice, so in the unlikely event that any individual piece has a minor imperfection that slips through, you always have additional units to accommodate it without affecting your total usable quantity. This is our way of making sure you always get full value from every order regardless of any minor production variances.

What type of garments accessories do you offer?

What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the product type:
• 100 pcs per design: woven labels, zipper bags, and poly mailers, hangtags
• 50 pcs per design: rubber labels

Can you provide samples before I place a bulk order?
Yes, we absolutely can. We understand that ordering custom products from a new supplier is a big decision, and we want you to feel completely confident in our quality before committing to a full order.
We offer free product samples from our existing work across any of our product categories whether you want to feel the quality of our woven labels, check the finish on our rubber logos, inspect our poly mailers or assess any other product we offer. Simply let us know which category you’re interested in and we’ll send you a real sample from work we’ve already produced so you can see and feel the exact quality you’ll be receiving on your order.
Samples are completely free — the only cost to you is the shipping fee of $40 which covers international courier delivery via DHL, FedEx or UPS with full tracking to your door. This shipping fee is a one-time cost and is not deducted from your subsequent order.

Will I receive a digital mockup before production?
Yes. We can develop and apply your design across our custom products, including labels, heat transfers, DTF effects, stickers, and packaging.
Please note that we do not provide logo or concept design services. If you already have artwork, our team can help adjust or redraw the file to make it production-ready. Artwork adjustments may involve a fee depending on the complexity and quality of the file provided.

How long does the production take?
Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks from the approval of your initial sample mockup. This includes full production and international shipping , meaning your order will be at your doorstep within 2 weeks of giving us the green light. What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Your satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind the quality of every order we ship. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective or different from your approved mockup, simply contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos of the issue via WhatsApp or email at info@propackaging.us and our team will resolve it promptly.
We take full responsibility for any production errors or shipping damage on our end. Every order is carefully quality checked before it leaves our facility but should anything slip through, we will make it right.
Please note that as every order is custom produced specifically for your brand from your approved mockup, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on orders that have been produced correctly as per the approved design. This is why we take the mockup approval process seriously and once you approve your digital mockup, that is exactly what gets produced.
How long does the shipping take?
Once your order has completed production, shipping typically takes 1 week to reach you via our trusted courier partners DHL, FedEx or UPS. Every shipment comes with full tracking so you can monitor your order from our facility to your doorstep in real time.
